Amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (RTA) resulting from Bill 184,

The New amendments take effect on 21st September 2021. Please know the new rules prior to serving any documents to your tenant.

A simple mistake on the notice of termination can dismiss the whole application. The wait times for an application is about 6 months now, so serving the notice of termination with no errors is crucial for any proceeding before the Board.
