You are deemed to be guilty if you choose to pay the ticket without fighting. Did you know the Police officer must follow certain administrative procedures when a charge is laid. If the officer fails to follow any of those procedures, your ticket can be quashed.

You must also know the prosecution must prove all the elements of the charge that is laid against you.The Court will dismiss the charges should the prosecution fail to prove even one of the elements of the charge.

Drive no insurance	-	Fine $5,000 to $25,000 and/or license suspension for 1 year
speeding 30 to 49	4 points	Novice Drivers 30 days license suspension and fine $220 to $359
Speeding 16 to 29	3 points	Fine $55 to $138.75
Prohibited turns	2 points	Fine 110
